We are proud to have Kate as a valued member of our healthcare team. With more than 13 years of clinical experience, Kate combines advanced medical expertise with a compassionate, patient-first approach to care. She earned her advanced practice degree from William Paterson University and is board-certified as a nurse practitioner.
Kate is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that emphasizes prevention, education, and wellness. She takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s unique health needs, and work collaboratively to create personalized care plans. Patients value her approachable demeanor, attention to detail, and the trusting relationships she builds with individuals and families alike.
Outside the clinic, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, relaxing with a good book, and occasionally enjoying a margarita. She is passionate about making a positive impact both in the office and in her community.

Tiffany Walck, APN
Tiffany Walck, APN, is a dedicated healthcare provider with a diverse clinical background in emergency medicine, family practice, and neurology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN) and Post Masters Certificate in Family Medicine from Wilkes University and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to specializing in neurology, Tiffany gained extensive experience in emergency medicine, where she developed strong clinical assessment skills and expertise in managing acute and complex medical conditions. Her background in family practice further enhanced her ability to provide comprehensive care, emphasizing preventive health, chronic disease management, and the development of meaningful patient relationships.
Drawing on her broad clinical experience, Tiffany takes a holistic approach to neurological care, recognizing the important connection between neurological health and overall well-being. She is passionate about educating patients, fostering collaborative decision-making, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Tiffany enjoys hiking, playing basketball and softball, and spending time with her husband, three kids, and dogs. She also enjoys coaching her children in basketball and softball and loves being involved in their activities. Whether she’s on the field, on the court, or outdoors with her family, Tiffany values staying active and spending time with the people she loves most.
