Our Providers

Manish Viradia, MD

Manish Viradia, MD, is a board-certified neurologist at Hunterdon Neurology, PA in Annandale, New Jersey and has been serving the central New Jersey and surrounding communities since 2003. He specializes in general neurology and clinical neurophysiology.
Dr. Viradia collaborates with pain management and spinal specialists to help those experiencing complex neurological conditions. Through careful examination, expert diagnosis, and individually tailored treatment plans, Dr. Viradia has helped many patients regain their quality of life.
Dr. Viradia’s areas of special interest are vast, including Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathies, migraines, vertigo and dizziness, Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. He’s also skilled in electromyography (EMG), electroencephalography (EEG), ambulatory EEG monitoring, Botox® injections for migraines, blepharospasms, and spasticity/dystonia.
In his free time, Dr. Viradia enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, nature and wildlife photography.

Kate Smith, APN
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

We are proud to have Kate as a valued member of our healthcare team. With more than 13 years of clinical experience, Kate combines advanced medical expertise with a compassionate, patient-first approach to care. She earned her advanced practice degree from William Paterson University and is board-certified as a nurse practitioner.

 

Kate is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that emphasizes prevention, education, and wellness. She takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s unique health needs, and work collaboratively to create personalized care plans. Patients value her approachable demeanor, attention to detail, and the trusting relationships she builds with individuals and families alike.

 

Outside the clinic, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, relaxing with a good book, and occasionally enjoying a margarita. She is passionate about making a positive impact both in the office and in her community.
